Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Use appropriate assessment instruments to develop effective ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct initial and annual re-assessments
  • Provide supervision to RBTs enrolled in graduate coursework pursuing BCaBA/BCBA certification on caseload
  • Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians on caseload
  • Communicate with caregivers, and provide parent training
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in Individual Education Program (IEP) team meetings for clients as appropriate
  • Follow the BACB guidelines



  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive communications
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

Behavior Technician (RBT/BT)

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in client’s home/School/Community setting.
  • Accurately collect and record data on child behaviors
  • Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions
  • Follow the BACB guidelines.
  • Collaborate with family and team members to provide treatment effectively.


  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred
  • RBT certification preferred
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Liability and Car insurance and a valid driver’s license required
  • CPR certification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable, motivated, creative, and dependable
